  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 2-3 business days. 

 

  • Expedited Delivery: Faster delivery options, such as next-day delivery, are available.

 

  • Same-Day Shipping: Regardless of your delivery speed, we ship on the same working day for all orders placed before 2 pm. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped next working day.

 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and due to seasonal fluctuations. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you made a mistake when ordering, please call us on 07878 983117 and have your order number to hand.

Do not delay, because if we can fix it before it is shipped, we will, but if the item has already shipped, we can not recall it.

If you made a mistake on your order, please email us at [email protected] before 2 pm on the same day to correct it.

You will be able to upload custom files on product pages where it is required.

If you miss the upload section during checkout, you can email your file(s) to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for certain items.

If gift wrapping is available, it will be indicated on the product page.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
